This policy explains what data the mobile game Pixel Blast: Carpets (package com.whitedotstudio.pixelblastcarpets, the “Game”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. The Game is developed by White Dot Studio (“we”). Contact: [email protected].
1. Who this game is for
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with such data, write to us and we will delete it.
2. What we collect
We do not ask you for your name, e-mail, phone number or address. The Game has no registration and no user accounts created by us. The data below is processed automatically to make the Game work.
| Data | Why | Who processes it |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress: levels completed, stars, coins, hearts, boosters, settings | To save your progress | Stored on your device; a backup copy is kept in Unity Gaming Services (cloud save) under an anonymous player ID |
| Purchase records: product ID, transaction ID, purchase receipt | To deliver what you bought, restore purchases and prevent double charges | Google Play Billing via Unity In-App Purchasing |
| Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID), IP address, device model, OS version, language, country, ad interaction events | To show ads, count impressions and prevent ad fraud | Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and the ad networks it mediates, including Unity Ads |
| Gameplay events: game started, level started and finished, shop opened, purchase, ad shown, reward granted | To find bugs and difficulty spikes and improve the Game | Analytics inside the Game; sent to Unity Gaming Services when analytics consent is granted |
| Anonymous player ID generated by the Game | To sync progress between your devices and show leaderboards | Unity Gaming Services |
| Crash and performance data | To fix crashes | Google Play (automatic for all Android apps) |
3. Advertising and your choice
The Game shows rewarded video (you choose to watch it for a reward) and occasional full-screen ads between levels. On first launch you are asked whether you agree to personalised advertising and to analytics. You can change both answers at any time in Settings → Privacy inside the Game.
- If you decline personalised advertising, ads are still shown, but they are not selected based on your interests.
- If you decline analytics, gameplay events are not sent to us.
- You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Buying the “Full Game” product removes ads entirely.
4. Purchases
All payments are handled by Google Play. We never see or store your card number, bank details or billing address. We only receive the identifier of the purchased product and the transaction, so we can give you the item.
5. Third parties we use
- Google Play / Google Play Billing — distribution, payments, crash reporting. policies.google.com/privacy
- Unity Technologies — game engine, In-App Purchasing, Unity Gaming Services (cloud save, leaderboards, analytics), Unity Ads. unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
- Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) — ad mediation. unity.com/legal/one-unity-privacy-policy
These companies act as independent controllers of the data they receive; their own policies apply to it.
6. How long we keep data
Progress stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or use “Delete my data”. Cloud data is kept while your anonymous player ID exists; “Delete my data” in Settings → Privacy erases cloud progress, leaderboard entries and issues a new anonymous ID. Purchase records are kept by Google Play under their own rules.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR in the EEA/UK or CCPA/CPRA in California) you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to processing. Inside the Game you can already: change consent, request your data (Settings → Privacy → Request my data) and delete your data (Settings → Privacy → Delete my data). For anything else write to [email protected] — we answer within 30 days.
8. Data transfers and security
Our service providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Transmission is protected by HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we keep the amount of data we handle to the minimum the Game needs.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears at this address with a new “Last updated” date. Significant changes are announced inside the Game.
